What people ask about points.
Do points expire?
No. Once they're in your wallet, they stay until you spend them. The first RM50 qualifying order has a 30-day window for the welcome bundle, but the points themselves don't expire.
Can I cash points out?
Points are wallet credit, not transferable to a bank. They redeem at any 555 merchant — at full face value, no haircut.
What about cashback on top?
The welcome bundle adds 5% cashback on your first RM50 of spend. Some individual merchants run their own promos that stack on top — those show on the merchant's listing.
Can I share my wallet?
One wallet per person, but you can send credit to a friend's 555 wallet directly from the app.
