About the role
You'll be the human face of 555 for our merchants in the Klang Valley. From signed contract to first transaction, you'll make sure every restaurant, café, and stall feels supported.
What you'll do
- Onboard new merchants — set up hardware, train staff, ensure first-day success
- Run regular check-ins with active merchants
- Be the escalation point for ops issues
- Surface product feedback to the engineering team
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or hospitality ops
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (Cantonese or Mandarin a plus)
- Comfortable visiting merchants on-site across the Klang Valley
- Patience, empathy, and a bias to action
